I was at the Pontiac Michigan show. It rained really hard for about 15 minutes (yes, the mud footage) and then the sun came out for the rest of the day and roasted everyone. People were throwing mud and water bottles at Save Ferris, Fat Mike was a whiny twa!t and No Use For A Name was the best show of the day. Bad Religion, H2O, ALL, Rancid, MXPX and Less Than Jake were all awesome! Kid Rock was playing at the end of the day, watched a couple songs and left. It was right before he became a big deal, there were like 40 people watching him, lol.

Man this is fucking awesome. I'd have loved these if I'd listened to more of their shit when I was a teenager in the 90s but I dont think they really broke through in the UK. Nobody writes irreverent music quite like this anymore. The 90's was such a good time for music.

Can only echo other comments. I've been to many many gigs but this was the best. No idea what the guys were on that night but this set was like a freight train smashing straight through reading and making every other band look average. The funny thing was they weren't even the headliners. Absolutely no fucks given no prisoners taken by Trent and co that night

Holy crap - I happened to come across a link to this show, and I recognized the banter... I was at this show! I remember catching a ZWAN show in (what I thought was) Kansas City or STL, and another at the Hard Rock in Orlando (looking it up, it must have been the April 8, 2003 show). I distinctly remembering that Billy's guitar was turned way too loud, and he blamed it on "simple physics" in his usual Billy-self. It sounded good but completely drowned out everyone else. My favorite memory of that day was standing outside the club for hours before the doors opened, listening to the soundcheck through its walls. A guy in front of me brought his acoustic guitar and played Pumpkins songs while we waited. We sang along to Porcelina, Cherub Rock, and Rocket. The doors finally opened and we took positions at the front of the stage. I think I see the back of my head in this footage. I took a ton of pictures on a digital camera that has disappeared many years ago, unfortunately. Thanks for the upload!
